Always reliable for gels

I've ordered my Philips Zoom NiteWhite refills from Whiter Smile several times now. This last order was just as smooth as the others. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me, which is pretty standard. The gels always arrive well-packaged, and I haven't had any issues with expiry dates. Good to know I can count on them.

Smooth order for Supersmile system

I decided to try the Supersmile Whitening System. The ordering process on Whiter Smile was pretty straightforward, no hidden steps. I placed my order, and it took about 7 business days to reach me here in Perth, which was within their estimated delivery time. The packaging was secure, and all the items in the kit were there and undamaged. I even had a question about the desensitizing gel, and their customer support responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. The product itself feels genuine, and I checked the expiry dates on the gels, they were all good. Overall, it was a solid experience from start to finish. I'd definitely consider them again for future oral care needs.

Got my PolaDay gels

Needed some PolaDay gels and decided to try Whiter Smile. It was pretty easy to find what I wanted on their site. The gels got here in about a week, which was fine. Everything seemed good, no hassles. Just a straightforward shopping experience, really.

Good value for Opalescence

I needed some Opalescence PF and was looking for the best deal. Whiter Smile had a good price, especially with the bulk buy savings they offered. It felt worth the purchase compared to what I've seen elsewhere. The order arrived in a week, and everything was as described. I'm happy with the savings I got.

Saw a few different coupons online. Can I stack a first-time buyer discount with another promo code for like, refill gels?

Z Zach Parker 6 days ago
Nah, they only let you use one code per order. You gotta pick the best one unfortunately.

Nope, tried it before. Only one coupon at checkout. It's a bit annoying but that's how most places are.

Trying to figure out which strength of Opalescence to get. My teeth aren't super sensitive but I don't want to go too strong right away. Any advice?

K Karen R. 3 weeks ago
Start with something lower, like the 10% or 15% if you're worried about sensitivity. You can always move up if you need to.

I'd say if you're not super sensitive, maybe try the 20%. I used that for a while before I went to 35% and it was a good starting point.

Quick question about the gels. Are these the real deal, like actual Opalescence or Philips Zoom, or are they some knock-off brand?

R Ryan Roberts 1 month ago
Totally genuine. I've been buying the Opalescence PF from them for ages and it's exactly what my dentist used to sell.

They're legit. I was worried too but everything I got came in original packaging and works just like it should.

I'm thinking about switching from HiSmile to Whiter Smile. Has anyone used both and can tell me if the results are better with Whiter Smile's products?

R Rachel Lopez 3 weeks ago
Definitely better. HiSmile is okay for superficial stuff but the professional gels from Whiter Smile (like Philips Zoom) actually make a huge difference.

Worlds apart. HiSmile is more for maintenance, but if you want real whitening, Whiter Smile's stuff is what dentists use. You'll see a big change.

Does anyone know if they do free shipping for smaller orders? Or is it only for like, big purchases?

H Hannah J. 3 weeks ago
Pretty sure they have free shipping over a certain amount. I always end up adding an extra gel to hit it.

S Sam Garcia 2 weeks ago
Yeah, if your order is over $50 I think it automatically gives you free shipping. Worth checking their site to be sure, but that's what I remember.

Hey guys, thinking about getting the Philips Zoom NiteWhite. Does anyone know how long shipping usually takes to Melbourne?

P Patricia 3 weeks ago
Mine got to Perth in about 4 days last month. Melbourne should be even quicker I reckon.

S Susan Martin 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I've ordered a couple of times. Usually pretty fast, like 3-5 business days for me in Sydney. They're usually on top of it.

My teeth are pretty sensitive already, but I still want to whiten them. If I buy a kit and it makes them worse, can I return it?

J Jeff H. 3 weeks ago
I don't think you can return it once you've opened and used it, especially for sensitivity. Most places don't allow returns on opened personal care items.

You'd probably have to check their returns policy really carefully. I know some places are strict with hygiene products once they're used. Might be better to go with a desensitizing gel too.
